We give you the opportunity for great experiences in the winter-mountains.
The aim of the course is for you to become confident with the equipment and its use.
Then you will feel free to go on a trip whenever you want

Program

Day 1 
Check-in at the farm Oppistua Torvik from 18.00. Welcome information and presentation before dinner at 19.00 in Bondepikenes Café. After dinner, we will have a review of mountain climbing equipment and how a mountain climbing can be carried out. We also have a quick introduction to the use of maps and compasses. Accommodation at the farm or at Hammerstuene on Surnadalsøra.

Day 2
Breakfast and snack spread in Bondepikenes Kafe at 08.00. We go through the tour plans before adapting equipment for each participant. We walk up the hill behind the farm. The tour goes up to the top of Klokkarhaugen and down to Torviksetra for dining. Then the traps are put on before we go back and drive home to Torvik. Dinner is served in Bondepikenes Café at 18.00. Bækkre Bar is open.

Day 3
Breakfast and snack spread in Bondepikenes Café at 09.00. Review of the basics first aid and information about today's trip at 10.00. We go up to Torvikfjellet and enjoy the view. The guide provides individual guidance both up and down. Simple serving before we say thank you
